Theres no substitute for a human touch. But...in this busy hectic world we live in its nice to get advice on hotel ratings and opinions of the trusted community here at Trip Advisor especially outside of business hours. I just booked a hotel for my anniversary after checking the reviews. Things are not always what they appear so having hundreds of peoples opinion makes my life much easier!
