I would much rather use the website but the website spams you with pop ups to download the app and artificially limits you to reading 3 reviews per hotel.

This app recommends great places to go, eat and stay. Very useful for trips with plenty of feedback from others.

We depend on this site for travel in the United States and beyond. We have experienced some of the best accommodations, sights and cuisine around the globe by visiting the Tripadvisor first. Recommendations and reviews by people like you and me have been spot on for having a fun trip and great experiences everywhere we go. It was this website that sent us in the direction of places like Mamas Fishouse during our trip to Maui earlier this month, which was amazing!

This is my go to app for travel, eating out, and things to do. Ive found the reviews to be quite accurate and helpful. Ive always tried to share comments to help others as this app has helped me.

I ended up booking something accidentally then couldnt figure out how to cancel it. There were no "cancel" or "undo" options.

Wherever we go, we read all recommendations of people like us, describing their experience at a hotel, a restaurant, an attraction, etc. Its simple, put in city & what type restaurant, youll have several to choose from & read the reviews. No more, "wish we wouldnt have wasted money here"!

Ive gotten emails saying my reviews have had many views & helpful votes, but when I go to my profile it says that nothing can be found. Doesnt show me how many reviews Ive written or anything. When looking for restaurants in a city, Ive noticed that there are a lot that dont show up. Also, small towns get a total diss. When I travel by car, I go through a lot of small towns. I would like to be able to find out about restaurants, lodging & things to see in those areas as well. And when I write a review, theres no way to go back & edit it! I use the Yelp app so much more than this app because the Yelp app is so much more functional.

I love this app because I can associate a star rating with the name. I use this app for hotels, restaurants, and activities. It is useful all over the world.

Great useful app for traveling. However, if youre not careful, this app will data mine your location even when its not open in the background. I had my location preference set to "only while using the app" and still it was mining my location, so I changed the setting to "never."

It helps me find a place to eat dinner when Im on the road.

I highly recommend using Trip Advisor whenever youre taking a trip it makes it so much easier.

The app is good for viewing, but cant replace the website. You cant review, view replies, answer questions or search easily to find what you want. When clicking on a link in the email it should direct you to the app and not to a mobile website where its not easy to log in.

I found the ap to be very helpful and like the rating system and the reviews.

Whether I am traveling or close to home, the app is indispensable. I have found the reviews to be very accurate. It has great add on features like Open table where you find a restaurant and can then book a table. It also connects to maps so it shows you how to get to where you want to go.

Trip Advisor is a must before you book your travel. The reviews of real people give you insight before booking your travel. In addition, in gives you you recommendations on must see attraction before you leave and tips on finding the best prices and schedules.

What an amazing experience at the Shuckin Shack in Surf City North Carolina! Great oysters, crab legs and service from Tiffany the waitress! Worth the trip!
