Tripadvisor: Plan & Book Trips App Reviews

I was forced to get this app if I wanted to read more than 3 reviews. Will uninstall after Ive read the reviews I wanted to read. Lame. Taking up unnecessary space on my phone.

Easy to use but it doesnt show me when there is a notification when the app is closed so I have to continually open it to see if there are any questions etc.

Weve been using this app for traveling for over a year. It is so helpful and we have found some great gems through it!

What a lovely place to stay the room was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were so friendly. The food was excellent. I would give them a 5 star rating.

All I want to do is now delete it off my phone due to the update continually failing and not finishing the install. Tried removing from home screen and thru iTunes when syncing. Continues to be stuck in "install" FIX! IT!

I like your experience, this app. Is very useful, easy, general, real, & lovely advisor forever. I cant go anywhere without use it, when I thinking to make a travel Ill be here to check the places, hotels, persons, foods & everything about my next travel...I just want to tell you a huge thanking & give you kisses for TripAdvisor service

Simple and easy , love the app

Well we had reservations for our 25 th anniversary. My husband had called even that week a few times checking on amenities and referencing our reservation! We got there and they told us it was scheduled for the following week and they did not have any rooms. My husband travels a lot and makes reservations there is no way he mistakenly made it for a wrong weekend especially since he called the week of too checking. The disappointment was the front staff they made no attempt to tell us about local hotels except that Valencia was booked. They should of been on the phone to local places helping us but no did nothing. Very bad customer service. If I had flown in I would of been more livid with them. I mean the rooms were $500 a might for goodness sake !! Why would they not really help us?? It was strange and makes me feel they gave our room away and were just embarrassed... A high level hotel like this should of offered a free night another time or at least been on the phone trying to help us!! We ended up staying at Estancia which I would definitely recommend.. Offered us champagne right when we got there and acknowledged our special occasion too!

Has great recommendations for destinations. We use it for every trip we take. Very helpful.

Is my third time coming and the service,the attention,the quality still the same. Perfect location,close to everything you need,one block from the beach. Clean rooms,service every day,parking,beach chairs, Kitchen,two beds,sofa,nice bathrooms,beautiful court yard,etc. I was there when the storm "Mathew" was coming to Miami around the area where I live like 1 hour away and that is why I decided to stay more South because my residence is right in the area where the Hurricane hit and no even because of that the Hotel stop giving the five star service that we always received.They respond to our requests right away. The Apartments are Fabulous and the employees too. See you soon Seaside .

Dont make me download the app to read extra reviews when I cant even select the hotel Im trying to look at.

Trip Advisor has been my only source of tips whenever I travel. Best hotel deals, places to go, travel guides, etc..

Definitely not as user friendly as Yelp. Sometimes they dont add a restaurant after you add one. As a business owner, you cannot get rid of fake reviews from a competitor or a former employee who takes a revenge on you, even when you can prove it was not a guest who stayed with you. In that aspect, TripAdvisor contributes in destroying businesses! I therefore ask people to be smart when they read reviews and keep in mind that not all reviews are genuine.

Trip Advisor is better on the web than the app. Its frustrating to not be able to deal with ones profile. It is easy, though, to write reviews. It seems to know exactly where I am, so I dont have to do lots of searches. I would like to see how many helpful votes I get to see what people like me to include on my reviews, though. Id also like to delete notifications and questions when theyre old. I wasnt notified that travelers had asked me questions, but Im looking at queries that are now six months old. Yikes. I dont need them cluttering up my box.

This app is useful to guarantee you are getting the lowest rates. No other apps needed. Great for restaurants and traveling.

I just downloaded the London guide in TripAdvisor for my iPhone6s and the search function keeps crashing. This may be unusable when I arrive in London in several weeks. Very concerning since the TA app was invaluable in Paris.

I really like the tripadvisor ap. Very clean and easy to read. It follows the website layout perfectly.
