hotel Preciados in central Madrid deserves your patronage if you are interested in convenience, value, fantastic service and friendly, professional staff. We spent 4 nights in this well-located, comfortable hotel, with exceptional breakfasts. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Maite and Alejandro. Maite looked after several reservations for us, provided flawless directions and followed through to ensure we were satisfied . The bed and room were comfortable, linens were first class, and the location could not have been better -- within 5 minutes walk to two subway stations. If Madrid is on you travel agenda, Hotel Preciados should be a serious consideration. The food and service at the hotels restaurant Cafe Varela are first rate. Im Len from Toronto.

I just dont like this app. I much prefer using the web version. I also am upset that trip advisor which I have been loyal to for years is morphing into a booking site.

There are hundreds of thousands of apps on iTunes and many are good however some stand miles above the rest. Trip Advisor has made it so easy to choose great hotels, Resturants and attractions. I can honestly say I have never been disappointed with any place I found favourably reviewed on Trip Advisor. Thank you for all you do for the travel industry!

I like the app but dont like when you want to save something you get that stupid "save to a trip" screen that pops up. I would like to just save a restaurant location without this useless screen popping up.

You cannot possibly travel anywhere without this app. Real reviews by real travellers. It gives you a boost of confidence when making travel decisions on foreign ground. Best resource available for the globally-minded, savvy traveller.

My husband and I were loyal customers of the Holiday Inn Express Kelowna. We had stayed there at least 20 times of the last couple of years. We are rewards members and have earned thousands of IHG points with Holiday Inn hotels. We checked in on Sept 17th and checked out the following day. Upon returning home I realized I had forgot my hair straightener in the room. I remembered exactly where I had left it and called the hotel right away. The hotel told me I had to speak with lost & found. I left voicemails for the next 3 days before my call was returned. Of course they claim no item was found in our room, and that the chambermaid that cleaned our room was now on days off. I also spoke with the front desk manager who promised to look into further, yet failed to call me back either. Needless to stay we will not return to this hotel. From loyal customers to never returning.

It crashes and is difficult to navigate....especially difficult editing users mistakes.

Tried to post a review and its been in "pending" for over a month? Whats the point if your reviews never post?

Their search engine is very shitty. I can find what i need when i search on google but i have to download the app to get more info afterwards i am lost in the app getting no info at all.

In all my trips that is the app that helps me find the right places to eat, visit, drink, see! Perfect if you want to live as a local in a place you have never been before

mobil site directs me to download the IOS app however it requires IOS 8.0! so it is not fair for the users that dont have a nicer iphone since you dont let us use the mobil app either.

Great applications for travelling. Especially if you are sailing abroad and need immediate bookings and advice

Whereever I visited the hotel or restaurant they have rewarded by tripadvisor as "year of the hotel" etc etc. Ask yourself every hotel rewarded but as a customer we still get bad service and not valuable for price many places. Tripadvisor has to do self review about its evoluation process to travellers and customers to be providing more acurate comments to the other travelers, customers. Many reviews are far away from objective recommendations. Double check and get review from others about review is the best way to provide real usefull reviews.

Quite helpful app but reviewing is a torture. Quits at the end of reviewing process and you cannot be sure if you successfully did it or not.

Changes your life. Helps you find the best activities and places to eat/drink with just a few taps. Where ever you go, you travel the place as if it is your home town. Tripadvisor makes the world smaller.

Must check before a trip.

TA has everything about your current and future holidays and it is all on the map! This way it is impossible to get lost or miss a hidden gem. Cannot think of going for holidays without TA anymore.
